Scope of Work

Incoming electrical service : 600Amp, 600Volt, 3Phase, 4Wire.

Branch panels: 208Volt, 3Phse, 4Wire fed from dry-type transformers.

Gas fired rooftop air handlers fed at 600Volt while branch power fed from the 120/208Volt panels.

Interior Lighting: LED with various automatic controls.

Exterior Lighting: Building mounted LED wall packs and LED pole lighting.

Emergency and exit lighting within the building were specified with battery backup and LED lighting heads.

Fire Alarm System: Addressable, designed to service entire building with sprinkler system monitoring.

Access Control: Electric door strikes, card readers and request to exits were incorporated to limit access to various sections of the building.

Intrusion alarm and CCTV system were also incorporated to provide a high level of security.
