Commissioning
As Electrical Commissioning Agents we prepare all Pre-Functional Performance test sheets for which the contractor are responsible to fill in the applicable data. We also prepare all Functional Performance test sheets which are completed utilizing the Operation & Maintenance Manuals and As-Built record drawings. Proper operation of all Electrical Systems is completed during the Site Testing & Verification phase.
Project Management
As Electrical Project Managers we are responsible for coordination of the Electrical and Associated Systems from start of the construction phase through to successful completion of the project, including the Commissioning phase. As part of our role we are responsible for estimating and pricing Change Orders and providing input to client regarding monthly Progress Claims. With our staff's previous experience we are able to consistently provide accurate budgets and estimates.
