Brief Project Description

  • 10,000 Square Foot 2-Storey Addition to existing Enfield Manor

  • New resident units added to upper level

  • Group home on the ground level

​Scope of Work

  • New Main Electrical Room added within the expansion to upgrade electrical service from 400Amp, 208Volt, 3Phase, 4Wire to 600Amp, 208Volt, 3Phase, 4Wire.

  • Upgraded  and expanded systems: Communications, Fire Alarm, Access Control and Intercom Systems.
