​Scope of Work

• A new electrical/communication room was built.

• Power and Communication services were obtained from the Main Electrical and Communication services within the Mall complex.

• Provided lighting selections and layouts to achieve required lighting levels to suit the tasks being performed. 

• Emergency and exit lighting were detailed to meet building codes as well as Fire Alarm System modifications. 

• Electrical services to power mechanical ventilation equipment, heating coils, direct water heaters and hot water circulation pumps were specified.

• Various styles of electric heaters were specified to be utilized at vestibule, in stock room and receiving areas.
